French Med Spa & ºCryothérapie

My experience with French Med Spa began a year ago, initially for their beach body package, and later, laser hair removal. The spa's environment is lovely, and the staff is friendly. Despite the steep prices, I expected high-quality services. Regrettably, my experience was far from satisfactory. The beach body treatment showed minimal (if any) results, and I noticed a lot of inconsistency in how the treatments were administered. When I raised my concerns, I was assured that despite the varying practices, the treatment was still effective and will continue working at a cellular level for several months (unfortunately I never saw improvement over time). The laser hair removal process started off okay, but after a few sessions, I suffered a horrible burn. This incident highlighted a disturbing inconsistency among the technicians. Although they assigned a better technician afterward, the damage was done. Even the extra session offered as compensation didn't deliver the desired results. Despite liking the second technician, the overall experience has left me disappointed. The inconsistent practices, coupled with ineffective treatments and a lack of personal interaction with Dr. French, make it hard to justify the expense.

This place is Awesome! My husband and I tried the cryotherapy and it was a great experience. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spa and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to try other services they offer.

Where do I begin. First of all the spa is BEAUTIFULLY decorated. You feel like you are walking into a cloud! It is so pretty and very CLEAN which is important to me. Then you have the staff. From the young lady at the front desk who greets you with a smile, to the other Aestheticians, they are all GREAT! Finally, to my favorite Aesthetician Diana. Not only does she have "magic fingers" but she is very knowledgeable. She never rush me and she always answer all of my questions. She is truly wonderful and I always look forward to my appointments. From my initial consult to my ongoing treatments, I couldn't be happier with French Med Spa! I've been with Heidi since the beginning and she is so knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and is always willing to answer all my questions about their list of treatments. I cant say enough about French Med. Ive always had facials but nothing like what Ive had here! I made it a point last year to make more time for myself and invest in my skincare. Kathy has truly changed my face. This is not a one size fits all kind of place. They will make sure the facials work for you. Theres never a hard sell but they will create a plan for you if thats what you want and will make suggestions for whatever budget you have in mind. The green peels have made the biggest difference for my cystic acne and the IPL facial after only one treatment made a HUGE difference. Seeing the results has me coming back plus everyone who works there is WONDERFUL! Really really appreciate you all!
