        To anyone out there looking to purchase a vehicle I highly recommend that you give Fox Valley Buick-GMC a try. I'm sending a special shout out to Collin Short!! Thank you for making my purchase experience nothing less than fantastic!! I compared 2 other dealership prices to the original quote Collin gave me and yes Collins original quote was the best. So with that being said I'm sure you guys will get the picture. Being straightforward and honest goes a long way when dealing with car dealerships. Fox Valley Buick-GMC Rock!! At Fox Valley Buick-GMC where the wheels are nice for the best price ask for Collin Short and im sure he'll make it happen for you!!

        Service department is great. Sales department is a waste of time. We worked with Collin for 6 days to work out a deal on a price that was advertised online. After finally going into the dealership we talked to Colin and his manager Greg. Both had a terrible attitude, zero empathy for their customers. Greg looked like he had been up all night partying and had no interest in helping us out and acted as though we were wasting his time. We finally had to walk out after the manager Greg started raising his voice at my wife and I. When we got back in the car to leave, my wife was shaking, she could not believe the way he was yelling. This would've been our second GMC purchase. Sad excuse for customer service.

      We apologize that after working so hard, we could not put a deal together that would be fair for both parties. Unfortunately, we did the best we could with discounts and pricing but could not meet your demands of more discounts. Additionally, our manager did not raise his voice even after you raised yours demanding more discounts. Also, our manager suffers from health issues and was up most of the prior evening taking care of his sick young child. There is really no need to be hostile and judge people you know nothing about. Writing false reviews that puts people in bad light or slanderous is not ok. We hope you find another dealership to purchase from.
