I just wanted to say how the staff at Truck Werks is absolutely wonderful. They installed my complex train horn on my raptor, stayed late and did a awesome job. My train horn compressors is mounted in the bed of my truck and looks great. I totally recommend these guys to work on your truck. The prices are good for the great job that they do. Thank you to all the staff and especially Jake. In the next couple weeks they will be installing some lights for me.

I had my trucks engine put in by this shop. They initially quoted me $2500 for labor only. After they were complete they had a bill for $4700??? They completely cheated me and I had to end up paying double what I was quoted. Also the engine they installed had lose clamps and missing bolts. Their mechanic did a half a** job. I regret ever going to them. Would advise everyone to stay away from this shop and if you do work with them GET A WRITTEN QUOTE otherwise they will try to over charge you. Dishonest and poor quality shop. They deserve 0 stars

I finally found my go to mechanics for my truck! Tyler were really helpful and were able to fix some issues I was having with my ford truck, and came through on a pinch when I really needed them. Thanks a lot Tyler!

Trusted these guys what’s my brand new 2017 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD diesel because their ad said they specialize in diesel engine and lift kits for trucks!. come to find out only one mechanic on duty. and when the truck was finally returned to me after more then a week of having my truck with no calls to let me know the Status, I was informed that the alingment could not be fixed by any other of their OUTSOURCED alignment people...there was no explanation to the extreme pull to the right besides we’ve never seen this before, and suggested that next time I go with ford or dodge with round wheel wells...”Also had mag-hytec rear differential cover installed, in which truckwurx failed to attach the rear brake lines back to the new differential that was clearly stated in the instructions.. one month later while driving to work at 6:30 am brakes failed completely nearly rear-ending the women and child in front of me! At which point the vehicle was not operational anymore . Once the vehicle got to the Chevrolet dealer I was informed that the brake line had NOT been reattached back to the new differential cover causing it to snap! TRUCKWURX denied any wrong doing and that’s why I’m WARNING others to STAYAWAY!! .....SERIOUSLY NOT SAFE!... Owner lives in Arizona is running shop from there without any sort of knowledge of what’s going on in the shop of St. Charles Illinois! Stay away if you value your life
