THEN THEY WANNA OFFER YOU A $6.35 CREDIT FOR YOUR INCONVENIENCE AND YOUR SERVICE BEEN OUT ALL DAY! AND NO, IT'S NEVER WEATHER RELATED.

        Honestly, beyond far from happy with charter. Internet is literally down every 10-20 minutes. Get told to reset my router. So I do it. Fixes nothing. Have seen a technician come out to "take care of the issues" nothing was resolved. Pay the money for internet I'm not even getting. All day internet has been down with absolutely no give. Probably going to look into new internet. Even when it is working which is slim to none it's slow and unreliable. Pretty much paying them to provide me with nothing.
