Bought a part after entering my vehicle details. They sent the wrong part although I did not know that. Tried to have the part installed when the car was in for service. Mechanic reported that it did not fit and appeared to be the incorrect item. I attempted to return the part for a refund. Since the 30 day grace period had run (even though that isn't prominent anywhere on the website) I was out of luck. Beware!

This is a very unethical business! I ordered an interior door panel from Big 3. The transaction was smooth and shipped fast. As it was being shipped, I showed another guy I work with the panel I was ordering for my truck because he needed one as well. He pointed out this was for the LT, not the LTZ. I received the package and NEVER opened it. Marion called and said he’d send me a shipping label to send it back via UPS. I was shocked I didn’t have to pay shipping but thought it was good practice and I’d order the right one this time. Totally my fault and I was willing to pay for it to get shipped back. When I got my refund, they took off $169 for an “unsealed package”. Mind you, it never even made it inside my house. It went from the ups truck to my pickup to return. I never opened the box and even taped my label over their original label. They knew it had never been opened and flat out lied. Ebay fixed the issue, but this is VERY bad business ethics. Stay away. After it was all said and done, the fact that they lied bothered me more than the $169 fee. I’ll pay extra from GMC before I ever use these snakes again!
