        Poor distribution and customer service. I ordered on-line with one-day delivery on 1/22/20. My items did not come on 1/23, nor 1/24 and not even 1/27/20. They kept on telling me it would come the next day. I called them today and they said the carrier doesn't have the item and would be issuing me a refund. What's the deal with this OfficeMax?
