Kassandra is very nice and provided me with great service. She answered all my requests in a professional and helpful way. Rose is also very nice providing me drinks and snacks while I shopped and provided me with more than I came for to meet my wearing needs.
This store is not crowded because it is pricier than other stores in this outlet mall so not everyone enjoys shopping here, which is good because you can be served well if you are a loyal customer to Brunello Cucinelli.
Discounts sometimes go crazy in a year and there are many great popular stuff that gone out of stock online.

This place used to be okay but the workers have been slacking lately and now provide nonexistent service. They don't want to help which is odd because I've purchased thousands of dollars worth of stuff here. There's a new worker I've never seen before, some woman with black hair and she wouldn't even bother to help us but offered everyone else service. Since she didn't want to acknowledge us, I refused to ask her for assistance as I didn't want her getting any of my money and getting that commission lmao. Maybe we did not look gaudy or muggable enough on the days we come here. I know it's the outlet version, but jesus christ this brand in this mall is a fish out of water and the workers could be a little more respectful and professional in their representation. I don't have this problem at the location in Chicago so I won't even bother coming here anymore. Ghetto. The only worker that's helpful is the gay guy but he seemed bothered when we last asked for assistance.

Beautiful clothing. Several jackets on hand are particularly nice. The staff here I have found is among the best at any clothing store. They are very helpful, but step back and give you a chance to look at the item and make a buying decision.
