Renata Kapica: Allstate Insurance

Terrible, I filed a claim on January 17th, They moved out all my furniture due to the damage. They found Asbestos 2 weeks after. Left me until now 27th of March in my apartment with no concern over health and safety and nothing to even sit on. Adjuster dodged my calls for a time until I kept calling other parties on a recorded line AllState left the claim in IT and no updates were given for more than 4 weeks, I needed to get really angry before they could give me an update and just tell me someone didn't think it was important. My agent, I have never spoken to before and I have tried due to billing issues in the past. I was not going to write a review but this is the second email I have gotten for "Please leave us a review". Avoid
