        Hands down the best steak around. I was so enthralled with the ribeye that even when my phone rang, I couldnt stop the experience of enjoying it. The chef at this place knows what they are doing... its pricey, I wont deny it, but you get what you pay for here... and it was worth every penny. The steak was prepared perfectly, the glaze was so delicious I thought to myself, if someone came in here and wanted steak sauce, I would kick them out The potatoes were a perfect complement. Absolutely recommend the 1913... great staff, amazing food, wonderful experience. Update: 10/4/22 Came back to this place after three years the steak was just as amazing as I remember it to be, the selection of bourbon was beyond imagination, and the service was just as fantastic as it was before:)
