I think your bank is a joke. Your teller was to lazy to unlock a door and wanted me to walk completely around an entire department store outside to come in a different store. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. Covid or not completely and utterly the biggest disrespect of my life

I have been loyal client since the bank opened its doors years ago under different name, now BMO Harris Bank 4844 Hononegah Road, Roscoe, IL. I am SO Grateful to ALL the staff, tellers Bev, & Sue, especially Amy S Pfeifer, Retail Relationship Banker, who always goes up & beyond in guiding me and (all clients), in the RIGHT direction! My heartfelt “Thank You” to all the staff!

I have experienced extremely positive service from the team in Roscoe recently working through two difficult situations. Multiple representatives were both friendly and quick to understand my concerns and address my questions.

No problems. I use online banking. No going outside to the mailbox when it's cold, and saves me time.
