Window Nation

I did not sign up for a quote, however, I understand that mistakes happen. I received 2 calls, the 2nd arriving almost immediately after declining the first as I was driving, which was annoying on its own as I was concerned it may be an emergency. I listened to the messages and realized it was an offer for a quote, which I did not request and therefore was simply going to not respond to. Less than 10 minutes later I received another call to which I answered and stated that I did not make the request, had received 2 calls back-to-back with messages which was annoying and would like to be removed from the list. I just received another 2 back-to-back calls. Simply due to these tactics I will NEVER use this company and am now going out of my own way to create this as I feel this is a fair response to how they are treating me.

I saw the commercials and loved their advertising. I was able to get an appt rather quick. The salesperson came out, he knew the history of Window Nation and was very thorough and professional. I sign the contract the same day! I live in a condo, so Window Nation requires a lot of authorization. They sent the forms for my HOA president to complete. They requested the same information about 3 times, each time my HOA and I completed. (Scaffolding, no signage in the yard, etc) My windows arrived at Window Nation facility as promised by my salesperson. An installation date was set, then ALL HELL BROKE LOOSE! Multiple cancellations, no permit, no return calls, unfair business practices and broken windows! There’s more, but Google has a space limit. Services: Window installation, Glass installation

First to all very disappointed they promised to send a crew from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and they came at 5:00 pm and end up working until 11:30 pm at night shame on me for allowing this people to work at night because they were just rushing to finish and leave, now all my windows are very hard to close and they did not seal some windows properly because I can feel the cold air coming through and the molding on the inside looks really bad when I call them someone came over and just took pictures and notes has been about a month and still waiting Service: Window installation

Absolutely blown away by the MULTIPLE people I dealt with. "Your product was received on 11/3 but you were not contacted to schedule install" why am I following up about a window that was meant to be installed and was paid for in August??? This company is unbelievable and is being reported for committing fraud by not following through with service delivery/install after products were paid for. The product manager tried to schedule me at a random time in the middle of JANUARY. Extremely disappointed on all levels- tried to call regional manager and was given the company's general customer service line and NO CALL BACK. My Sales rep John Doran was outstanding! From start to finish he was great! So far we have only had windows measured .I will update review after work is complete.
