I’ve been searching online for a phone number to call the store for 20 minutes and can’t find a single number for the Romeoville store location. This means that they either don’t have a phone or they simply refuse to post a phone number for customers to call which is the probable case and also absolutely RIDICULOUS! I own a HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical Service Technician Company and the fact that they refuse to offer a small amount of customer service to save a little money is sad! I think their tactic to get more Technicians in the door by making them come in to ask questions opposed to simply calling is blowing up in their face. For instance I need a recirculating pump for a hot water heater that I’m sure they sell but I’m not going to go buy it from somewhere that simply refuses a little bit a customer service. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they refused to post a phone number online, RIDICULOUS!!!! Maybe they expect guys to take an hour & a half out of their day to drive there and ask if they sell something... 😳😳😳
