This company was assigned by AHS warrenty company. They did not diagnose my water heater they advised replacement bc it was under warrenty, and the owner Patrick called me and berated me accusing me of being at home during their last visit and that I was a problem customer..the new water heater was replaced about 2 years ago from AHS by Patricks compny, he accused me at the house while it was being rented, so I guess the renter was unhappy with the service from this company as well. Unfortunately we had the displeasure of working with this company through our Home Warranty Insurance. He failed to follow up with his work and worst of all, he lied in his report to the insurance company. I definitely would be cautious when using them and be wary of their poor quality service. I could go on but stay away from this company and owner.

Unfortunately we had the displeasure of working with this company through our Home Warranty Insurance. I only wished we had read their reviews on google earlier before allowing them into our home to do the work. Peter was the plumber assigned to our case, he was very unprofessional, dishonest, and worst of all, incompetent. He failed to follow up with his work and worst of all, he either lied in his report to the insurance company or never turned it causing problems for us. I definitely would be cautious when using them and be wary of their poor quality service.

Awesome customer service. Cleaned up after himself. Great with small child asking questions. Punctual came 5 mins prior to scheduled service time which rarely happens these days in the service world.
