        I had septic emergency. Septic backed up n was bad mess..called Jaenecke n was out the next morning...pumped septic tank n cleaned mess in basement bathroom...n was very very reasonable with charge. Would definitely recommend them.

        Called multiple times leaving a message about an emergency with our septic backing up and never heard back from him. Got another company to come out to be told that when our septic was pumped (only 4 months prior) only liquid was taken out not the solids. I would never recommend this company.
