First of all, I don't know where to start. I've been there 4 times total - the first 3 times, I had a great experience and the food was good. The 4th time, ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. This time, we came in on a Saturday night when it should be busy, but we were the only ones there. The waitress and the owner made us feel uncomfortable. They sat there and listen to us talk. And the owner listened to us order and made comments on what we were getting and the amount of food we ordered(which we order a normal dinner amount, it wasn't even that much). When our drinks came, the pop was warm and watered down. The lemonade was just water with a lemon in it? The only thing that was great about our food was the fried pickles! My friend got the pork chop dinner and they were unbelievably dry. It almost made her choke. She threw some of it in the ladies restroom because she knew the waitress would comment on the amount she didn't eat. I had gotten the soup before and it was homemade. But this time it was straight up Campbell's from a can soup. They didn't even have blue cheese for my salad, PLEASE JUST ORDER BLUE CHEESE, NEW MILL! EVEN DENNY'S HAD BLUE CHEESE, come on now! My other friend got a breakfast skillet, which ended up being very bland! On the menu it said sausage gravy on top, but there wasn't even sausage in it. And the hash browns were mushy and tasteless. She got pancakes as a side and they were barely warm! The butter on it didn't even melt and they were slightly too chewy!! My friends and I were so mad and left hungry, we wasted our money on this place because I had been there before and liked it. At the end of our meal, our waitress had commented on how much we didn't eat and was angry when we said we didn't want a to go box(Who would? The food was awful!). I won't go back again. Plus, this place is horribly decorated, very dark and outdated. The TV's inside were muted, I couldn't even enjoy the CNN playing. I suggest only coming here if you're poor and extremely desperate.
