They ignored my complaints about severe back pain, changed final test results to show I passed everything (they handed me fake results to sign by mistake). So I went around for 5 years with a ballooned disk (that happened while in therapy) before I could get another mri & operation to remove it. It was a comp case & they worked for company and dr heim, not me. They released me to do heavy lifting, I called to mill to see what openings they had and they said I had to go in in person. I said I couldn't but they insisted. So I walked in all bent over in excruciating pain and they sent me home. They didn't pay me for the whole year, then forced me to retire and lots my job, insurance and no disability. It took 5 years and about 10 doctors before I could get a doctor to go against dr heim's claim that it was all in my head and order another MRI which showed a 3 cm ballooned disc. I had to pay for surgery myself. Overall, the therapy is good, but they only care about the company, not the patient, just push you through the door ignoring complaints of pain and rig the results.
