I agree with other recommending to go elsewhere. The staff is rude, unaccommodating, and unwelcoming (especially the office staff). I also have to agree with the gentleman that stated you're just a paycheck.. they charge for everything and are not willing to help figure out solutions if scheduling issues arise.

Extremely disappointed. My retainer broke so I went in for a new one. When Dr. Sexson first put the new one in, I told him right away that it did not fit correctly. He said to give it a few days. The new retainers ended up shifting my teeth so much that my bite would not close. After a few days, my jaw starting hurting so I went in to have it corrected. Instead of fixing my retainer, Dr. Sexson insisted on filing my teeth down on two separate occasions. Three visits later, I gave up and asked for my money back. I felt like Dr. Sexson did not listen to my concerns. It was such a simple procedure: replace my retainers with one that would keep my teeth in their existing positions.

Dr.Sexson and his staff are amazing! He listened to my needs and wants with my teeth and made them happen. It was worth every penny. My teeth are straight, healthy, and my smile is bigger than ever! Thank you for your attention, love and work on my teeth Sexson Orthodontist.
