Miller Eye Center

Came here for glasses. I was VERY specific as to what I wanted based on a bad experience at another place. They said they understood. Insurance covered 80%, I paid the rest. 100% bill paid. I now have ANOTHER pair pf useless glasses. They did the opposite of what I asked. When I went back to get them fixed, I was told nothing can be done, and Id have to start over and get a new prescription, which I cant do for a year. So wasted my time, my money and my trust. And I have a pair of glasses that do nothing for me, but at least they got paid... Id avoid this place....

I have never waited to be seen as long as I did at this facility. My appointment was at 9:45 and I didnt get called back until 10:50 after I had to ask about the hold up. Also once in the back I had to wait another hour and 15 minutes before I seen the ophthalmologist. This is the second time this has happened. I only come once a year but get this experience. Im so over it

Be prepared to wait at least 2 hours and only receive 15 minutes of actual care. They over schedule patients drastically and are playing catch up all day

Just. A warning to everyone the eye doctor I had here was super goofy dressed like a dentist. He seemed like a fake eye doctor. But I had came here for eye exam and what happened was .I actually had my eye all irritated pink . And what happened was . I asked the doctor if I should worry about my eyes. Hes like give it a few days . It will go away . He was wrong I looked in the mirror. And my eyes were bleeding . Im shocked he didnt give me anything for my eyes . So I went to the emergency room. This place is a joke truly the doctor is trying to make people go blind here . Such a strange place .

Every appointment I had at Miller Eye center Ive had to wait one hour and thirty minutes to two hours! Ive had 4 eye appointments and every appointment this is the wait time! There should be no excuse to why Im waiting for two hours. I have a job I need to return back to and all the clinic can offer me is to schedule a new appointment. Thankful my eye is healed, and Im not returning back to the clinic!
