Transport picked me up right on time. The wait seemed a little long, but I think that was mainly because I was a new patient, so I was able to meet with a patient relation manager and would have met with an insurance advisor if my appointment hadn't gone so long (insurance advisor had gone home by the time I was done with my appointment and a visit to the pharmacy). The only thing I was really disappointed about was that the website implied that there were certain specialties available in-house and during my visit I was informed that this was incorrect, and I would still need to go off-site to see needed specialists. Overall, it was a good experience and everybody was very pleasant.

I used the van for the first time. I was picked up on time and taken home immediately after my visit. Both drivers were great. The nurse took vitals and gave me my Covid booster. Everything went well. Jessica Epperson is fantastic. Been seeing her for quite awhile. She's very thorough
