The worst place ive ever been to. Im type 1 diabetic and take humalog and lantus. I made an appointment January 2017 to get a higher quantity of humalog as I ran out a few weeks early. I need 4 boxes of humalog quickpens instead of 3. The dr. said he would give me 4. I call express scripts to see the status of my order and they had ordered me 3 boxes. I cancel the order and call the office asking politely for them to send 4 boxes instead of 3.They send 3 boxes again and it was too late for me to cancel the order with express scripts. Fast forward a couple of months and I am running low on insulin again so i call the office and ask for them to send me 4 boxes, not 3. They say I need to make an appointment. I schedule an appointment and ask the dr. to give me 4 boxes of humalog and not 3. I also say that I dont need lantus. Fast forward a week or so and I am delivered lantus with no humalog. I call the office to ask for 4 boxes of humalog as I am almost out. They send me 3 boxes again. I cancel the order. I ask for 4 boxes. They send me 3 boxes again. Ive called numerous more times with no results.
