So I don't usually leave reviews, but when someone goes "above and beyond", I feel compelled to do so. Good Customer Service is sadly lacking these days, but you will certainly find it at Jewelry Concepts! I was looking for something in particular, so I called to ask if they had any of the item I described. The young man I spoke to (Patrick) was very friendly and told me they had "a lot" of them. I drove up there from Byron and the selection and price ranges were amazing! I found exactly what I was looking for at an extremely affordable price! While I was there, I asked about rhodium plating for my white gold rings that I have done periodically. They gave me the price (again, VERY reasonable) and then proceeded to tell me that they do the plating IN-HOUSE! All these years I've been sending my rings out and waiting days or even weeks to get them back! They told me it would be just a day or two and I was blown away! I immediately took my rings off and asked them to please plate them! When Dallas and Jennie realized that I was having three rings done, Dallas told me that if I had some errands to run and could come back in a couple of hours, she would have them all done for me! (This also included sizing up the ring I purchased there a half size.) I was absolutely stunned. Folks, this is what true Customer Service looks like! These three lovely people went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied! Even more satisfied than I knew I could be! I highly recommend Jewelry Concepts for all your jewelry needs. I truly believe that the prices and selection cannot be beat locally! Keep up the good work; I'm a customer for life!
