      image The worst customer service I have ever had. The young lady in rentals was rude and sarcastic. When I asked her why she was so rude, she said, "I don't have an hour to explain renting a truck". If there had been a line of people, maybe just maybe, I would not be as angry. The place was empty. Plus, we received a dirty truck. It had food wrappers in it......this was after she explained all the charges if we left it dirty. I think she became angry when we asked her to look at the truck before we took it.
      NEVER again.
