Asanart Gas Station

Came in to get gas and saw the price was 2.18 a gallon and decided to fill my car up, so I went inside and paid and pumped my gas and instead ot a full tank i had maybe a half tank or a little over. So I look at the price again and instead of the 2.18 it was 3.18. So I go inside and show the guy the before and after pics i took of the pump and the dollar difference and he says he cant do anything about it I have to talk to a manager. So i gave them my number and was told I would hear from the manager in the morning and then six calls later from me and I still havent talked to a manager and it's been over a month. I can see I'm not the only one this has happened to just by the reviews but they will be giving my money back or I will be calling corporate everyday until they are shut down. This place is a straight bs con shop and needs to be shut down immediately and I'm gonna do whatever I can to make that happen. This place is a joke.

Truck throwing check engine lights for water in my fuel. I called to make them aware, and received an arguement, and denial. It's happened in the past as well. I posted on social media, and within 2 minutes found another person with the same issue from the same location. Choose wisely where you get your fuel.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR FREEDOM COFFEE CUPS!!! I just paid $1.30 for a refill that was supposed to be $0.69. When I walked in, I was told it would cost me $1.08, but then was told it was $1.30 with tax. Since when is Rockford's tax over 20%?! Yeah, I might've bought my cup a year or two ago, but aren't they always supposed to be good? I mean, really, if you have to buy a cup every time the design changes, that's ridiculous!! It doesn't even keep the coffee hot very long. I always go to this store, and usually don't have any complaints, but this really upset me. What's the use of buying the cup if you don't get the refill price stated on the poster on the window? I paid twice what I should've had to! When I asked how you get refills for $0.69, I was told that after you get the first cup of coffee when you buy the cup, you bring the cup in and get a refill. Umm, hello, isn't that what I did?
