Purchased a premium topper and it is exactly what I wanted to soften a firm mattress. Feels natural and not like a foam topper. So happy I purchased a 2nd one for future use. Thank you Ryan and Beloit mattress co.

I recently purchased a king-size mattress from the Beloit Mattress Company. I found them on-line, while searching for inner-spring flippable mattresses. There are almost none available nation-wide that I could find anywhere. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Beloit still manufactures inner-spring mattresses the same way they have for nearly a hundred years. I ordered an Orthopedic Firm mattress. It completely meets my comfort needs. It is neither too firm or too soft. Ryan was very helpful and patient in answering my many questions about the mattress and the shipping process. He explained everything clearly and offered suggestions that proved to be valuable information that I needed to accept delivery on my own. The purchase and delivery process went very smoothly. I ordered it on line, knowing that I was several hundred miles outside of Beloits delivery zones. The mattress was shipped to me by Arc Best Shipping, arranged by Ryan. I was initially concerned that shipping would be a problem because I live in a secure condominium building, and was concerned how I would get the mattress from the truck to my unit. It was scheduled to be drop-shipped. The Arc Best driver helped me get it into the lobby of my building, into the elevator and up to my floor. It was a huge help, as I was accepting delivery alone, and would have struggled with it myself. All-in-all it was a great experience. I was dreading it at first, as I have not bought a mattress in many years. Much thanks to Ryan and him team!
