The Cremation Society of Illinois, chosen by my parents as part of their end of life planning, was an excellent choice. The CSI representatives were compassionate, helpful and efficient in a very difficult time. I highly recommend their services.

Tony and Elizabeth were kind and helpful. They contacted me right away to explain the process. When I was not able to pick up my moms ashes on the day they called, Tony came in on a Saturday morning so I could get them. They were also kind enough to follow up later to see how I was doing. I am grateful to The Cremation Society for being able to set up a trust for my mothers cremation and then use it 10 years later without any problem. I highly recommend them.

This company has made my Mom death so bad I need counseling. They left my Mom in the Morgue( I was devastated) has not communicated to me about her death certificate. She passed June 9, 2021 its 8-24-21 still have not received her death certificate. Stated they were going to call me back. The worst experience in my life!!

Tony was very professional and very accommodating. I appreciated all the help and everything that he had given me in probably one of the hardest moments of my life.

We went there, got all the details arranged and paid same day. We were told it could take up to 10 days to get the death certificates because of the holiday. It took over 20 days.
