Did a great job on a basement egress window install. Everything we discussed on the planning end was delivered and was on time. Crew finished the job in one day and left the site clean with minimal yard cleanup needed on my end. Finished product looks great Very professional and would definitely recommend.

Best service ever. Called them one morning Nic came to my home in a hour. We set a date that day with him and they came out and installed egress in just one day. Professional guys and they did a good job cleaning up. Highly recommend them. Will use them again

I had a problem with mud seeping into my window well of my egress window. The metal rib was not installed correctly by the original contractor. When bolted into the foundation a softball size of cement broke loose on both sides allowing mud to seep into the well after large rainfalls. I contacted Area Construction and talked to Nick. Nick came to my home and evaluated the situation and assured me he could fix the problem. He quated me a very reasonable price and he could do the work himself in about a week. Nick called me a few days later and said he could do the work that day. Nick arrived an hour later and for the next 3 hours he worked his butt off. He fixed the problem and replaced the old well cover. We've had several very hard and long rains since and I've had no problem with the mud seepage. Nick probably saved me thousands of dollars on this job. I will use Area Construction for any future problems. DON'T hesitate to hire this company. Very professional, honest and prompt. Thank You Nick for a great job....
