    This guy works in this 741 S. Perryville Rd, Rockford,IL store is very rude! I was shocked when he said he would call the police to send us out of the store! But we did nothing! We just asked to change the plan! He refused to do so and asked us to call T-Mobile, I said since we already here, if we call T-Mobile, that'll be a long wait time. It's a long story. My friend's English is not good, one day in June she got a message from T-Mobile saying that she will be charged $180, her monthly bill was $50.72, so she asked me to help her to go to a T-Mobile store. On June 26, we went to the store, one guy (not the one in the picture) explained that her iPhone was leased, by the date she needs to pay off the iPhone or to upgrade. She choosed to pay off immediately in the store. Meanwhile she asked to change the plan to the cheapest one for over 55 years old, the guy checked her driver's license then went in the room for a while, then came out and said her plan changed. The plan is $55 for 2 lines. I told the guy her family only has 1 line. The guy said she was all set. So we left the store. Today my friend said she got a message saying that she will be charged $55 on July 19, before was $50.72. She wondered why. So my friend asked me to go to the T-Mobile store with her. When we got there it's noon time, no other customers only us. A lady came to us, so I told her my friend wants to change the plan to the cheapest one, which is $40/month 1 line for age over 55. The lady told us to call T-Mobile, I said since we are already here, can you change it for her? She still said NO. I said call T-Mobile has to wait for a long time, and told her that last time we came here, the guy changed the plan, that means the store can change the plan. Then the guy in the picture came over and told us to leave the store even I explained to him again. He then threatened us to leave the store otherwise he would call the police! I was shocked when I heard this! I asked him " What did I do ?" A customer who needs a service has the right to stay in the store! Then in the store I called T-Mobile on behalf of my friend because her English isn't good. We waited more than 20 minutes to get to talk to a real person. That's why we came to the store. All the 3 employees had nothing to do because there were no customers when we came. Later till when I was talking to the T-Mobile on the phone, came in 3 customers whom you can see in the pictures. After I came home, I talked with a T-Mobile worker online. He said "wow, im sorry to hear that what a horrible experience ..." Please see the pictures . Thanks!
