A-Keller employees have horrible customer service. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Two guys came which one had a broken leg and the other tracked mud on my carpet when he came in to see the two rooms he was cleaning which are less than 800 sq ft and tried to charge me more than the price I was told. I believe because I was alone & female he tried to take advantage and overcharge me! And when I called the office back to let them know what he was doing I never got a response back. So I'm sure this is normal for this company to cheat their customers!

A Keller was the best! The guys showed up on time and were very nice. They recommended using a deodorizer to freshen up the room at my office. I can believe how dirty my carpet was! The guys cleaned it beautifully!! What a great crew and company. Very affordable. Highly recommend!!

So fresh. So clean!!
My basement carpet was really musty smelling before so called AKeller. My kids never wanted to play downstairs. Finally after multiple attempts of trying to clean my carpet on my own, I called “the guys,” over at A-Keller Carpeting Cleaning in Rockford.
From the moment they answered my call, I knew I was in great hands. The staff was very nice, they answered all my questions and they were at my house within 24 Hours!! I really like how suggestive the guys were. They applied some kind of special deodorizer that made the “musty smell” disappear.
Now my kids love to play downstairs and I can feel comfortable that they are playing on clean carpet again. A+ for AKeller!

They came highly recommended. They did my upstairs bedroom for $140. I go to move furniture into the room and there is still a smell and dog hair all over the place. I called Jerry he apologized for their work he then says after 1 week they can’t do anything about it. I NEVER asked for any free services or my money back. I took that as an insult. My son has bad allergies and there is dog hair and stains still on carpet. From the time they got to my house and done was 35 minutes. I am a VERY dissatisfied customer.
