I was filled with a lot of apprehension and anxiety when I walked into Mr. Natale s office. But I was warmly greeted by Mary Jane, Mr. Natales support staff, who was warm and empathetic and put me at ease. I knew I was in the right place. Mr. Natale was a great listener and never made me feel rushed. He was very patient and answered all of my many questions. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the process and gave me great advice and wisdom. His caring and kindness made me feel like I had a friend who was with me through the whole process. I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him.
