They know what they are doing!! I can't say enough good things about RICK They were ready to close and I come in needing a part ,He could of said we are closed like the Bozos up the street would have done!! Oh I forgot to mention it was the night before THANKSGIVING BUT Rick and Batman, Nicole stayed and helped me with one problem Now you know what I was thankful for this year! I had a problem one day I pulled up in front of the store This "lady" come running out of the store YELLING WAVING HER ARM YOU CANT PARK THERE IT'S A LOADING Zone I was parked over the line half handicapped zone half loading zone I'm handicapped I have placard and HANDICAPPED LICENSE PLATES SHE WAS STILL YELLING !!! I backed up and left and won't go back!!! At the neighborhood meet I found out I was not the only person she yells at!! They referred to her as the cone lady She needs to read about the AMERICAN DISABILITY ACT. I'm glad I'm not the only person that she yells at.

Called for a ABS censor, Haley the employee was having a hard time finding my vehicle in her system. She insinuated I was lying about the type of car I drove and hung up the phone. After calling back, still speaking to Haley and finding the piece I was looking for she couldnt apologize for her mistake. So rude. After reading some of the reviews, it sounds like one of the female workers (maybe Haley) is the problem.
