    They charged me 150 bucks to fix their wire-harness mistakes and to replace a fuse! They put in a frame hitch and trailer light hookup. A month later, my interior electric went out. Took it to my mechanic, and they said the trailer light hookup was incorrectly installed and had exposed wires rubbing on the frame. I paid my mechanic to fix their mistake. A couple months later, the running lights would not work. Call Warshawsky explaining I had this issue before and asked them to look at my lights. Took it down there... After telling me it would only be 75 bucks (it should have been on them for their mistake), they charged me 150 bucks (75 for 'diagnosis' and 75 for labor) to fix their third-time mistake to tape up the wires and to replace a fuse? Take your business elsewhere. These guys charge you for their mistakes

    I had a very poor experience. Each person I talked with gave me a different price for parts and labor, they claimed that a part was special ordered when it was not, they called to say that the part had just arrived that afternoon when it had always been in inventory. If you have a problem they will not work with you on the phone and will not connect you with the general manager, nor give you a time that he will be in so that you can talk with him in person at the shop. Very poor business practices. Needless to say I will not be going back.

    this place is the biggest rip off. i went to get an estimate and they gave me a 750.00 estimate for parts and labor and they told me it would take them about 5 hours to do. i went home looked up the same parts online at autozones website and the same parts equaled 110.00 and i did it myself in 45 minutes. i would not recommend going there unless you like getting screwed over
