        Poor Customer Service. Contacted to find out information about the services offered for a family member. Receptionist sounded as if she was on drugs herself, was very slow in responding and wasn't able to answer any of my questions. If you or a family member are looking for help try somewhere else dealing with them will more than likely make your situation worse.
