I recommend this place. I needed a replacement tire after running over a nail on a road trip. Cappel's was friendly, competent, and fast. Had me back on the road with a new tire in half an hour.

Clown house. Went to get a simple replacement done on my rear brakes. When we came to pickup the vehicle, we asked for a breakdown of the price (labor, parts, tax, etc.). That’s when we were met with so much confusion, anger and accusations. Mike at the front was incredibly sarcastic and challenging with every question I asked — what’s the labor hourly rate, why were we charged for X service we didn’t ask for, why wasn’t I told of a diagnostic fee at the start.
Worst customer experience at a car shop to date. Don’t bring your car here.

We needed a full set of replacement tires installed quickly and didn't want to spend a fortune on an older car that won't be in use much longer. Holly quickly found us a great set of used tires at a lower price than expected and they were able to get the job done (along with an alignment) the same afternoon. Everyone we encountered was friendly, fast moving, and knowledgeable.
