I just randomly searched this place because I used to work here as a nurse in like 2015 I’m surprised they haven’t shut down yet 😩 so much shiesty stuff goes on in there I would never recommend any nurses to work here you’ll put your license at risk fr

Not the cleanest of places. Much like South side of Chicago. Major Theft issues, dirty, some people in here are decent human beings. Staff doesn’t care at all. Mail never delivered in a timely fashion nor honestly. Nurses are super slow giving meds. Not recommended.

They was so thirsty to see the new consumer and laugh having a good time .I just got here and don’t pass the meds on time they just give a long good stare like u dumb .House keeping dont know how to clean directly .They don’t have even staff.They half way do there job .

My son is there right now, and he has not said one thing bad about the location. When I drop things off for him the front area is very clean and it does not smell. If my son was having problems he would tell me and I would be up there. He is getting the help he needs with his mental illness so he can function is this society. He has a great social worker. They have given him a job. I’m Thankful he has a place that helping him cope with his illness.

They have one young lady that works at front desk upon entering that she never never greets any visitors..she stares at you. 👀..which is rude. When I bring clothes, snacks etc. She immediately directs another employee to search my bag without asking if its ok to do so..Whatever happened to " Hello" do you mind if we look at the items that you are bringing for your family member? In addition to the rude front desk clerk, the Director of Nursing is also very rude.I called her after learning that my family member meds were changed without notifying me nor did they have my consent( I'm the legal guardian) .In addition to, I've requested copies of my family member treatment plan and informed that I would like to be involved with his plan.DON was unable to give me a date for his next treatment plan and regarding medication change..she said my family member is grown. DON.(Brandy).get training on Guardianship and family membets right..2 violations have already occurred as a result.No explanation on why his meds were changed, no information on side effects! Treat people like Human Beings..being Rude is a choice ...and very unprofessional at the workplace and making decisions while not notifying Legal guardian is just wrong!
