Cook County Health Robbins Health Center

This is one of the worst healthcare facilities I have ever come across. There are a few great staff whom I do not wish to disrespect, however the majority at the front desk, nurses, and providers sincerely need to start caring about their positions or work elsewhere. Rude comments when your trying to ask a question, being interrupted, giving random responses before even listening to the questions, showing up late or not at all at the last minute leaves one to think if CCHCS are paying them at all or are they volunteering their time as they behave? Listening to staff and their personal problems on the phone or always complaining that they can't do this or that and then when you get them to actually listen suddenly they can schedule you or help you feels like getting your teeth pulled. Shout out to the staff that responds to a "Good morning" and a smile from a dialysis patient with other chronic health conditions with an eye roll and silence as well. Every person matters including you but patients should matter too we're all going through things so try to do your job and help people or let someone else help them don't just take up space there while people are depending on your help for their wellbeing.

The staff (everybody) are very helpful when i went there for my 1st visit. Very polite!

The Dr saved my life Dr Abiona she cares just don't type didn't trust me to go to hospital after I visited call ambulance was in hospital 3 weeks congested heart failure
