A Fast Local Refrigerator Repair

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Very poor customer service skills, rude and unprofessional. I requested service on condenser fan (blades were cracked) - I ordered new one and initially couldn't figure out how to remove the defective one (I am senior aged female). Scott didnt even bother to replace it, after lengthy "investigation" he told me that condenser fan motor needs to be exchanged and gave me estimate for $361. After he left, I managed to replace the fan myself, it took me less than 15 minutes, and everything it working fine now. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Our refrigerator decided to stop cooling.  I trusted Yelp to assist me in finding a competent repair person.  I phoned A FAST LOCAL based on its Yelp reviews.  Scott returned my call quickly and told me he would be out between 12:30 and 2:00. He called just before 2:00 to say he was on his way. He arrived shortly afterward and within 35 minutes he had diagnosed and replaced the worn out parts.  He is knowledgeable, professional,  and reliable.  His pricing is fair and transparent.  The refrigerator works well again.  A really good guy to know, and as he'll tell you, he only repairs refrigerators. HE EXCELS AT THAT.  I highly recommend this company.

Scott is incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful. He has helped me with my temperamental Samsung ice maker and now I know defrosting with a hair dryer on high is a bad idea. He knows his stuff and he is just one of those exceptionally skilled technicians and a delightful person. Highest recommendation!

Writing this review in rebuttal of my review posted 2/1/2023. I've had my share of rip-off artists in the past and the situation had the calling cards of the same, so I thought. This situation would never have existed if I or Scott would have access to his original receipt. The first charge seemed expensive but comparing to after- market part not saying that after-market won't work and last a long time but again a service technician can't give a piece of mind warranty. A Fast Local uses OEM parts to give the customer not only a repaired appliance but also that guarantee that you will have a working appliance and ends sleepless nights. This is dependability. As of this review, Scott did replace the OEM part under warranty at no additional charge and issued another receipt. Scott has restored trust in using his service and confident that you are using a professional to not only repair your appliance but keeping customer satisfaction a priority. I issue a five star with no regrets and would definitely use his service in the future for my appliances. It has really been a pleasant experience working with Scott.  I just vented my frustrations too soon. A Fast Local offers reliability, dependability and very timely service.
