Tommy Hardwood Floors

Tommy and his crew are hard working, professional perfectionists who do outstanding work. We had a parquet floor that we wanted to look less parquet-looking by making it darker, and they did an amazing job. It now looks very rich in color and style. They care about the end result and take great pride in their work product, as they should. We had 4 companies come to the house for estimates. Very happy we went with Tommy.

Our 7-10 day project turned into a 37 day project. Tommy told us our floors were done after a week, we went in to see them and there were visible circles in the stain and stain did not meet up to cabinets in the kitchen. He brought no appropriate lighting to see what he was doing and felt that is how my house should look. After several attempts to fix it and arguing over contacting the manufacturer of the stain, I came home to discover stain all over my fireplace tiles, my kitchen counters, and the upstairs bathroom counter, his team used. I did not finance this project but used hard-earned savings. What a disappointment. Services: Floor fitting, Flooring repair

Tom came to give me a bid ,arriving on time, gave it to me that day,was approved. Set up a tentative start date 1 month in advance, he contacted me a few times to make sure I was on schedule ,10 days before the tentative date he contacted me to set the date . He arrived on time that day and completed the job in the time he estimated. The place looks great, did a fantastic job. I would recommend him and would use him again Service: Floor fitting
