Visited store to inquire about business promotions. I was immediately greeted by Karina and Savannah they were both very knowledgeable of current promotions. They did a fantastic job explaining different options, treated us with respect and were very hands on explaining every detail including what our phone bill will look like once we switched from a different carrier we ended up saving 40% with T-Mobile. As a result we decided to switch our business to T-Mobile , Karina and Savannah helped with porting all of the phone lines over and answered many questions we had with care. This is a superior service that is very hard to find nowadays, I recommend this store to anyone looking for new service whether it's business or personal.

For the many yrs I have been with T-mobile, it never fails to have someone always mess the brand that they stand for. Costumer service really sucks,, really bad attitude and very unhelpful. Salgado has a very miss understanding on his role as a so call leader. I suggest they all get better training and specially on how to handle customers better. With a better professionalism and less I do what I want attitude.

THANKS TO JUAN AT T- MOBILE WE ESTABLISHED. UNLIMITED INTERNET SERVICE. 100 MEGA BITS. AND NOW ARE SAVING LOTS OF MONEY RIDDING OURSELVES FROM XFINITY FROM COMCAST. WITH THE HIGH COST OF LIVING WHO NEEDS XFINITY ! THEY JUST KEEP RAISING MONTHLY BILL ENOUGH IS ENOUGH . THANKS. T -MOBILE FOR MAKING THE INTERNET. AFFORDABLE .THANKS JUAN @ T - MOBILE .
