I just purchased a house and was looking to have my ducts and vents cleaned to prep the house for painting. I left information about a lockbox code to get in my house. However, I had to leave work to unlock the house for them because they tried the garage code and didn't look on the door for a lockbox. When they were done, I was sent an invoice that didn't contain any information on the service. I called and spoke with an employee overseeing the job. When I asked if they also cleaned the vents (so the painter could paint on clean surfaces) he said they forgot towels and rags so they cleaned the vents with their hoodies the best the could. After calling the main number and asking them to go back to the house and finish the job, they were nice enough to send another team to re-clean the ducts and vents. I was told they would call me and leave a message if I didn't answer to let me know they were on their way to the house. I didn't get a call or message. After checking in the evening to see if the vents were clean the 2nd time around, it looked as if they hadn't shown up. The next morning I called and was informed that they had shown up, so they were surprised that a couple vents were untouched. They were nice enough to offer having the owner personally come to the house, but a cleaning service I hired were able to clean the vents as I originally needed so the painter could paint on clean surfaces. The customer service was wonderful, but the job that needed to be done the right way was frustrating.
