        Their billing department does not return calls. I received a bill on 7/18/23 ( according to statement, it was generated on 7/8/23) with a due date on 7/31/23. Bill was paid IN PERSON on 7/30/23. I received a late notice dated 8/6/23 and received in mail on 8/15/23 with a nasty gram that charges would be added if not paid in 15 days. Give me a break!

        I called Denman today because they have always supplied my mom's equipment in the past. they didn't this time. However, Susan was incredibly helpful when she didn't have to be! She gave me a quick rundown on the Medicare guidelines that really helped me understand how it all works. Thanks, Susan!
