He gets me my inspection reports the same day of the inspection, and he even performs a free reinspection after a repair addendum has been executed.         Worst service ever. Not honest and rude! His inspection was the worst. The house I bought the kitchen cabinets were falling off the wall. I brought two handymen to check it and both said it should’ve been mentioned in the inspection report so I called Ryan and he said on the phone, “ I saw it but I didn’t think it’s significant” when he came to see it he denied it and said he will stand by his report and he was awfully rude and disrespectful.
