Authentic Mexican cuisine this place is amazing food is awesome portions r more then adequate there margaritas r out of this world and if u need a pick me up ask for it flaming nothing cooler then fire on my drinks

This used to be my favorite Mexican restaurant but my opinion has changed due to my last few experiences. On 10/16/21 (Saturday) I went there for lunch at 2:00pm (when they were supposed to be open). There was a sign on the door that said their updated hours for Saturday were 2:00pm-close (The website states the hours are 12:00pm-10:00pm, which is outdated). I waited for a half hour until 2:30 and the door was still locked. I called and no answer so I left. I called to inquire about this today (10/21). I asked for a manager (@3:00pm) and I was told there was no manager there and to call back in a few hours. I called back in a few hours and I was told the manager was there but he was "too busy to talk right now" I then explained that I was told to call at this time, so they put me on hold for almost 10 mins, only to come back and say that the manager was still "too busy to talk". I'm very disappointed because I really liked this place. I understand that there is a labor shortage and I am happy to wait for food longer or deal with any other issues, but if you have a sign with updated hours on the door and are still not open 30 minutes afterwards, then that is an issue.

Ordered some elaborate house special because I never had cactus before, served in a bubbling hot bowl with tortillas, very good
