Beware of this dealer and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I had purchase a vehicle through their internet sales dept. we had negotiated everything online. I picked up my one way plane ticket from KC and flew in to Chicago where they had a driver waiting for me. Upon arriving at the dealership, they 'Bait and Switched' me. They had a lot less cheaper model of the car I had asked for and said this is the one we negotiated on. I did not want the base model of this car. Here I am, Friday night 7 p.m.; all car rental companies are closed, stuck in a city I don't know, without a way home. They put me in such a bind, that I was forced to spend an extra $1,500 that I wasn't planning on spending. This was just to be safe and be able to get to a hotel. They wouldn't even give me a ride to a hotel and only gave me the phone number to a cab service. The knew I wouldn't walk away and I would spend the extra money as I flew in and only bought a one way ticket. VERY, VERY DISAPOINTED. These guys are snakes and are the low of the low.
