Don't even know what to complain about first. The over charges?, the fact I have to go in to my account and keep changing my delivery from 8-6, yet they keep going in and changing it back hoping I'll have to pay more? I have sent 4 letters and spoke to the driver about this. No-one cares.. When you want to cancel, there is no easy way. How about a page for that? a button, why the hassle from hell? waiting on the phone 20 min and transferred, waiting another 15 min. I am moving, so I am DREADING getting rid of the bottles that are still here. God knows I will be charged until I call my bank, I not only can tell but saw that in the other review. This company is horrendous the way they do business. I think this could go so much easier.

I wish there was a zero star option. I can't believe they get the satisfaction of getting a 1 star minimum but this needs a review. Started out great. Came when scheduled. Seemed like no issues. Once I told them I was moving and would like to freeze my account for a few months during the transition everything went wrong. Since then I have asked to cancel my account for good and I have turned into their machine and bottle storage facility while they still charge my account. It's been the biggest nightmare I could have imagined going back and forth between emails and phone calls. Promises that they will be out to pick up the machine and bottles and never show after clearing my day and taking off work just so I can get rid of it. This has happened over 4 times in a month. I have gotten to the point where I've called and told them if they do not contact me to set up a time (and actually show up) I will have no other option than to dumpster the machine and bottles and notify my bank any future payments are fraudulent. So if you don't want over a month of headaches, fraudulent charges for them to store their machine and bottles (and still haven't picked them up), endless calls and emails to them with no help in return... then go with another option.
