Cicis Pizza - CLOSED

ITS JUST LIKE THE CHUM BUCKET I went there yesterday and it was just terrible. Not like how it was when I was a child. Scenery was terrible it was disgusting nothing seemed sanitary and very over priced for how disgusting it looks. I ordered Parmesan wings and the were brought to me in a puddle of grease. If I could I would rate this place 0 stars.

I understand being short staffed but there was two maybe three pizzas at the buffet and they were dried out and disgusting. They offered to make a fresh one but we were pressed for time. It's not as good as it once was.

Ever been to a dying mall? It felt like that. No one else in the restaurant, 1 employee working and music intermittently cutting in and out. I'm giving 5 stars because the guy working was great, made pizzas quickly when asked and was incredibly kind. Hopefully business can pick up and it can feel a little less depressing on our next trip

This place needs corporate attention bad. Restaurant area was disgustingly dirty, no method or order when it came to the drinks or pizza line. Plates, straws and lids were all left out in plastic bags to where you have to touch them all to just get one. Tables were beyond dirty, games shut off (if this was due to covid then its pretty ironic due to the overall cleanliness of the entire place.) Not worth a penny of the 26$.
