Update: If I could give less stars I would ! I got a call from a nurse basically threatened me that if I didn't scheudle am apt I wouldn't be able to have prenatal care and I need prenatal care.... mam that's not how you show concern at all when I told her I would rather keep communication with the office manager at this time....she literally kept going on about needing me to keep Apts. Or I would be neglecting prenatal care mam please I would never just cause I do not want to go back to your careless neglectful office... Still awaiting a call back from the office manager I should have listened to these reviews holy cow ! I have been here twice where I had to wait over 2 hours and I did very patient and polite. They did not end up being that long but still I even had my daughter get picked up by my parents because she grew loud during the wait one of the times. Then one time I went and they had inaccurate important medical info and history in my file. I corrected nicely. I drove here and got here 9 min late it was snowing and raining out and I did not check the weather super well and worked from home all day. I left at my normal time I would but it was a mess driving here. I walked in and was polite as a guy with a sick child went to the elevator. Making me 10 min late to the room. The lady literally asked me her questions as I got situated to check in Making me 11 min late. I explained I was sorry and the weather was bad and she said the can't see me. I AM VERY HIGH RISK. To not see a high risk patient because of something like this is INSANE. I also want to mention every other office has a 15 min late policy and as long as I am not late all the time we are all adults things happen just like with their office. She refused to cancel all my Apts. As I said I would no longer want to be seen by them. They did not try to make me stay at all. Just a yep good luck bye. You clearly can care a less about your patients at your front desk how disgusting. To ask me to wait over 2 hours in diffrent periods and the send me away after a min. They told me good luck speaking to an office manager and I called and was told they will call me today or tomorrow which isn't helpful as I have a busy personal schedule. Appulaing careless staff go somewhere else if you want to have a safe stresses pregnancy. Clearly they don't care enough about their patients here at all.

New patients listen to the reviews! Take the warning and the hint, I didnt before so here I am warning everyone. I recently moved to the area and found out that I was pregnant so I want to chose a hospital near by. Being on the same street, two minutes away from this place, I ignore the review before me about this hospital, thinking that how bad could it be. I had an appointment today at 12:30. I walked into the correct building at 12:32 and speaking to the front desk older lady, and at 12:33 I was inform that I need a physical copy of my ID to see the doctors as she was about to hand me some form to sign and fill out. Being young and ignorant, I told her that I can fill out the fill form as my husband quickly go home to get my ID, and I have pictures of my id if I need to fill out the form with it and my home is two mintues away, down the street. She said that Im already 3 minutes into the 7 minutes grace period and that she would have to reschedule the appointment. By the time my husband comes back, the rest of the grace period would have already passed. She said that we can reschedule and I laughed and left because no matter how close the place so called hospital is to our house, I will never come back to this place again. Also the other reviews are correct about the confusing parking lot and building entrance, please check out the space pior and get to your appointment 30 mintues before every time in case some curved ball comes at you. New patients, dont expect them to call you to confirm your appointment or to let you know what you need to bring, just stop by to ask before your appointment if you have to go. Also dont be honest, this place is no place for honesty and sincerity, if something happen, just say you need to get medication from your car or that you need to use the bathroom because my law that must happen. Your there to see the doctor and they are they to make money, so don't expect kindness from them.

Failed to give the least amount of concern when it comes to new mother patients. New mother was running late and front end staff didn't care just canceled her appt and her next one. Said they would call back with a new appt... never did And then no appts for 2+ weeks if this is the standard of care to expect then God help us .

The receptionist is always incredibly rude. No matter how good (some) of the physicians are, the receptionist always makes it a bad visit.

I went in for an appointment today AND FELT VERY SICK to see Dr. Mohammed and I must say the service and treatment was way below average. She Came into the room and did not speak, had her arms folded and kept a distance, never interacted with me or gave eye contact. Dr. F. MOHAMMED was aggressive AND HAD ON dirty contaminated gloves that she refused to change AFTER WIPING HER NOSE AND TYPING ON THE KEYBOARD. SHE ASKED WHAT I NEEDED HER TO DO AND AFTER A 3 MINUTE CONVERSATION SHE TOLD ME I WILL BE FINE BY THE WEEKEND AND TAKE TYLENOL. I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF DR. BROTON FOR A WHILE AND SHE WAS PHENOMENAL AND WILL BE MISSED. I CANT BELIEVE I WAS TREATED THIS BAD AFTER PAYING A copay and being advised to take OTC medicine. She was ignoring me, rushing me and cutting me off when I had questions. Why even work if you are going to send patients home, sick and their health condition unaddressed. She needs to be removed from practicing until she can learn how to properly treat people.
