I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for my wife and I. When we arrived, the Asian lady we spoke to (possibly a masseuse) said that they couldnt do anything for us because they didnt have enough staff members there? I didnt even recieve a courtesy call to let my wife and I know not to come in due to their staff shortage. It was a complete waste of our time. The lady tried to make it up to us by giving my wife and I a handful of candy, as if we were children and that would make things all better??? We threw the candy in the trash. Not only was it unprofessional, it was disrespectful. Im very disappointed and will never come here again. I suggest you do the same. On the same day, my wife was able to schedule an appointment with U Massage located at 15420 on Route 59 in Plainfield, IL. The service there was excellent and cheaper. I suggest you go there instead.
