Trusty Flowers

I would hive a zero if I could! Ordered flowers on September 07th for delivery date of September 11. I never received a receipt for payment nor did they respond to my email. I called the morning of the 11th to learn they used a third party in Florida. The third party did not answer the phone so Trusty flowers said there was nothing they could do. I demanded to know the name of the florist in Florida. Initially I was told I could not have the name but then they reluctantly provided it. Tulip Flowers answered my third call and a woman who could barely speak English told me they had a lot of orders and hung up on me. Needless to say the flowers weren’t delivered. Terrible and shameful way of doing business!

Where are the flowers that I paid you to send to my sister? Are you propagating a delivery scam? Were is your physical location? You should be ashamed of yourself taking advantage of those who have care and concern for the sick by defrauding them.

Trusty flowers didn’t meet my expectations. I ordered flowers for same day delivery and that wasn’t met. I.. as the customer had to investigate why delivery wasn’t made as I was told same day delivery and investigate when flowers will be delivered. I plan to unsubscribe from all emails never use them again and not refer them to anyone. Was not pleased on how that whole transaction was handled. Done!!

Ordered a beautiful arrangement from this website and upgraded to better. Picture showed basket with colorful full arrangement. Today it was delivered to my mother in a clear glass vase, filled with daisies and a few Dutch iris and Not fresh lilies. I could have gone to grocery and made this arrangement myself OR spent $60+ and bought her a nice gift. I understand disclaimer but this was beyond different from picture you are advertising. False advertising.
