Ron is not a man of his word. Said he'd call me the afternoon of the day I dropped it off. Two phone calls and two days later without a response I finally gave up on Last Chance and went and picked it up, it was right where I left it. It was a small job but that's no way to run a business, I'll never go there again.

I called them this morning needing a battery replacement. Luckily I was at my house, so I told them there was no rush. They got to me around 6 pm and replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. Kept me in the loop during the day. Solid communication. Will absolutely use them again if necessary.
