Drove 200 miles to pick up an order for valentines day on Feb. 13th and they were closed atleast 45 minutes early saved me thousands though and will never ever be back

I am extremely pleased with the amazing service I received from your new store manager Lori today. She helped me resolve a long term issue Ive been dealing with for the past few years. She spent time and worked with me to make sure I left a happy customer. Lori and her staff were so sweet and nice. Good service is very hard to find nowadays and Lori truly cares about her customers and your hard work does not go unnoticed. Zales is lucky to have such a fantastic team representing their company. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

It was my first visit to Zales in Peru since the one in Peoria closed. They were very helpful and courtious. I went in for a jewelry repair to a bracelet and the work done was better than I expected. Max was so personable and even included a personal note in the shipping box as I requested it be mailed to me. Although it was nearly an hour away, well worth the trip.
